I have to admit—seeing all the agent Instagram posts brings back great memories✨. I helped create this event during my time as Compass CMO, and I've been to more Retreats than I can count. It’s been incredible to watch it evolve into the premier real estate networking event in the industry.

No matter how many I attended, one truth always rang true: the agents who had intro and follow-up systems in place to free up their time for socializing—are the ones who built million-dollar referrals. I watched it happen over and over.
AI can help you do this in a way you never imagined. Here are 3 ideas you can use today!
Strategic Event Selection
Go to the More Events page on the Retreat website. Click print and then create a PDF from that screen. Do the same for the Agenda. Upload both those PDFs to your Assistant (GPT, Claude, Gemini etc) and give it this prompt:
Attached are all of the "extra" events happening at the Retreat. I can't go to all of them. Based on what you know about my business help me determine which of these I should focus on and draft my schedule for the week with.
You’ll have a ready made recommendation to distill down the schedule into the most impactful events that fit your schedule.
Pre-Event Intelligence Gathering
There are a ton of people to see at Retreat. Use AI to maximize your connections from the airport lounge today. Create a PDF of the final list of events you’re attending and upload it to your AI Assistant. Ask it to create an email outreach to all the agents in your database with your attendance schedule and how theirs compares.
Select your “agents” tag in your CRM and push send. In just 10 minutes with AI you’ll have hundreds of agents knowing where to look for you.
Real-Time Conversation Enhancement
Speak directly to your AI voice assistant to capture key details during conversations throughout the week. Simply create a custom project for the Retreat. Immediately after each interaction, dictate to AI using your voice: "I just met Sarah who’s a Miami luxury agent. She mentioned X, Y, Z. Add her to my list of follow-ups and generate a personalized message with relevant info about her market that’s connected back to the Retreat and suggest next steps.”
All of these notes are automatically stored with your AI Assistant. At the end of the Retreat simply ask it to review them all and create a series of custom follow-up messages for the agents you spoke to.
